Against Thebes
Local rock band SEVEN AGAINST THEBES was looking for an affordable studio in which to record their debut CD, but no studio around Seattle was giving them a rate they wanted. Katavi Arts stepped in and not only gave them the hourly rate they wanted at Pigboat Recording Studios, but we also hand picked Seattle mixer Sam Hofstedt of Studio X to mix the music. Lastly we commissioned Mastering Engineer Rick Fisher of Rick Fisher Institute to master the CD. Katavi Arts also assisted Seven Against Thebes with URL design, Press Pack development & exposure to hundreds of A&R Representatives around the country.

Dynasty
Katavi Arts assisted drummer Bruce Burgess, & percussionists Marco Zonka, & Arturo Rodriguez record, mix & master their debut DRUM DYNASTY CD.. First, it was recorded over at Pigboat Recording Studios. Then Katavi Arts hand picked Seattle mixer Sam Hofstedt of Studio-X to mix this double CD. Sam has worked with the likes of Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, & R.E.M, just to name a few. Then we commissioned Rick Fisher of the Rick Fisher Institute to master the CD. Katavi Arts then assisted Drum Dynasty with URL & Press Pack development, and exposure to hundreds of Movie Music Supervisors all around the country under our Katavi Arts Gold Pro-Package to "synch" their music into feature films.
